This is a little poem i wrote about Graves disease i hope it lifts your spirits as it lifts mine
A Grave Misfortune
Some things in life don’t go
to plan,
But that doesn’t mean they
never can.
The world is often a scary
place,
But together its something that
we can all face.
The important thing is to never
give up,
Even if you feel like you’ve just
had enough.
You shouldn’t be lonely and you
shouldn’t be sad,
You should be happy for all the
good things you have.
Its easy to let it all get you
down and its easy to let it defeat
you,
But you have to hold on with all
that you’ve got and never ever let
it beat you.
You’ve got to be strong and you
have to be brave,
Because life’s not all bad even when
you have graves.
If we all stick together and stand
up and fight,
In the end everything will turn
out alright.
