Have not posted in awhile. Doing great except one minor issue I’m struggling with at night. I’m having a lot of trouble falling asleep. My pulse feels "jumpy"..or it "jitters" out of nowwhere. It is more noticable when I lay down to go to bed. It is rather annoying….so I get up and stay up till I can’t take it anymore and crash. I have had tests done on my heart in the past (pre RAI) and everything was fine with it.

I’m 5 months post RAI. I’m currently on 88 mcg lev. I meet with my Endo next week for follow-up. My last labs showed everything was in normal range. Tsh was .88………I remember when I was on ADT’s…I felt rather good with it somewhere in between 1.10-1.40. Do you think my pulse is thinking the same thing?

    Otherwise-life is great.

Glad to know that things are getting better for you. Are you off caffeine totally? Are you eating right before you try to go to sleep? I know that my pulse goes up about 30-45 minutes after I eat. I am having some issues still getting my levels right too on levoxyl. I still have hyper feelings and tremors some times. Make sure you are well hydrated too before you lie down. Maybe it will resolve itself soon. If not I’d be back on the phone to the docs to tell them it keeps you up.

    Hi Enough,

I finallly went hypo in March, and my endo put me on 100mcg. of synthroid. By the time my six weeks were up
I felt like I was crawling on the floor, I felt so tired, but in the same token I was very nervous and hot and I
thought I was going back to being hyper. When I went for blood work, and then had my appointment with her
she lowered my dosage to 88mcg. I have been on that dose for about two weeks, and feel better, but I still
get tired by the middle of the day. I was just wondering if that happed to you?

I was so happy when I saw your post, because I have been following in your footsteps, as you were about one
    month ahead of me.

Any info you could give me is deeply appreciated.

    Susan
