Boy, can I relate to what you are going through. Although I’m feeling much better now,
in the midst of the anxiety I wondered seriously if I was loosing my mind. That, of course,
only made me more anxious, vicious cycle.
Remember it is the lousy disease. Try to block the thoughts out and replace them
by something positive. Moment by moment. Try doing skilled relaxation, see if you
can get a tape to follow from your library. Exercise helps dump the excess adrenal
fluids…so if you can do aerobics, or ride a bike. It all helps occupy the mind, too.
