My primary mode of exercise was/is horseback riding, working in the yard and walking. A few weeks ago I discovered a lack of strength in my legs to the point I had to use my hands to come up off my knees while working in the yard, then that same afternoon went to get in the saddle and couldn’t get off the ground, except using part of the corral for a “leg” up. I’ve started very “lite” aerobics in my living room, part of which I do with 2# weights. I’m going to double check with my endo on Thursday about exercise, but he hasn’t been very helpful other than to provide the meds and make the diagnosis.
