I had the plugs put in my eyes about 3 months ago. I had it done at the doctors office. They were these little blue tubes and the doctor used tweezers to put them in. It really didn’t hurt. I think they helped me a lot. I was told they would disolve in 2 1/2 to 3 months. I hope this helps and I would do it again if given the choice.
