Not sure where you are located, but perhaps a center that is known for comprehensive care – like Mayo or Cleveland Clinic might be better able to put all the puzzle pieces together.

I had decided on my next scheduled appointment to ask my PCP about starting from scratch with a “comprehensive care” exam as you mentioned.
