    Thanks, Nancy Patterson, for sending me some very interesting articles on Graves and its emotional impact. I gave my husband the article related to spouses of Graves patients and he told me he did not realize how much of an impact the thyroid has on a persons emotional state.
    I got a call yesterday from a friend who was just diagnosed as hyperthyroid and is now going thru all the testing to find out the cause. As I recounted to her my journey, I was reminded of the long tough road I have been on. Once again, this forum is such a great source of support and information.
