    Hi all again,

I don’t know if you guys are aware of “Rasberry Ketone”, a natural product, the one from Dr Oz show, but my friend suggested this, for diminishing appetite.

Does anyone know if it would be safe to have this while you are on medication?

I am trying my best not to lose my fitness teaching job at my gym, once I start the Graves disease treatment.

Hello – I would ask your doctor before adding any type of supplements to your daily regimen.

I don’t know a lot about raspberry ketones, except that all of the studies so far have been done on rats, not humans — and that it’s purported to work best with “diet and exercise.” (Hmmm…seems to me like you could skip the raspberry ketones and focus on the “diet and exercise” part.)

I have personally struggled with weight gain in the years since my diagnosis, but this is not something I’m willing to try myself until there is better research.
