Hi all – we believe we have a fix for the issues viewing the bulletin board in Safari. Some users were experiencing this problem, while others were not, so it took a little extra time to find a solution. The issue occurs when the “appearances” preferences are set with a default font larger than 17.
Here’s an update from Ski on how to resolve this:
“Set your Safari “Standard Font” to a size below 18 points, and your view will line up more normally on the page. You can find your Safari Standard Font this way: look under the “Safari” menu, choose “Preferences,” and then choose “Appearance.” You’ll see a window with “Standard Font” and “Fixed-Width Font.” To the right of those, you will see that each has a “Select” button. Choose the “Select” button to the right of the Standard Font, and reduce the font size. Even 17 will work, where 18 does not. Certain very odd fonts might require an even smaller number, so keep trying until the post text is wrapping almost entirely across the page.”
If this does not resolve the problem on the first attempt, try clearing your cache and log back in to the bulletin board.
If you experience any other technical issues with the bulletin board or GDATF web site, you can contact a tech expert by completing the following form.

One more update — our tech expert found a fix that should work for all users without having to adjust the default font size.
If anyone continues to experience issues, please use the link in the post above to contact our tech team. They will either contact you via phone or e-mail, depending on your preference.
