Steve you know that you have to TRY to get a little exercise during
the day. I know you said you can’t but do just a little at a time.
It will make you feel more energized after a while.

I don’t know if this suggestion was made to the board before this but…
to help reduce eye swelling my doctor suggested to raise the head of
the bed by 2 inches. It sounds crazy, but it has really helped. He said
let gravity do the work for you. I Tried pillows, well, I threw them off
the bed. Then I tried a foam wedge, no good, I slid down to the end of
the bed. I tried a wedge inbetween my matress and boxspring, I almost
ruined the matress, what worked best for me was to put two small bocks of
wood under the bedposts. Not only has my eye swelling gone down but my
sinises have drained! Bonus time! I just wanted to share. Carolyn
