I know what you mean about feeling good after exercising. There are days when I just think I’d rather go take a nap, but I try to do something. Have you tried Yoga? I bought a “Yoga with Lillis” video. It was suppose to be for beginners–but it almost killed me! I’m not the flexible old gal I used to be. I walk my dogs too. We have four–three we walk every night. Two go at a good pace, and really give you a work-out–their mother couldn’t beat a snail if she had a head start! So depending on how I feel, I can choose which ones to walk and let my husband have the others! We bought a treadmill, too and I’m slowly building up time on that. (of course the other day I walked right off the back of it–so I have to be more attentive I guess) Thanks for your advice. Take care yourself! Sandy
