Wow Sharon – Thanks for your kind words! I’m trying to refocus this negative
energy – hopefully I will learn to do that soon. I’m also trying to do the
meditation thing – one question about that – at the end of most of the tapes
I’ve heard they say you’ll wake up refreshed and energized and I feel like
my body is heavy and wants to take a nap? Does it get most energizing with practice? Or am
I just tired? I think your right, the counselor is a good idea and prayer is
a GREAT idea! Looking forward to that list of reading materials – God bless and
