Its funny that you mentioned this I have graves also and my eyes had flared up
again something terrible, in between this all I had stomach problems so
bad they had given me an endoscopy plus a gall bladder sono, anyway the
results were no gall bladder but Gerd and erosion of the esphogas which
they said is attributed to the predisone that I am taking for my eyes.

I’ve read a number of posts lately regarding stomach problems and am wondering how many out there have been diagnosed with reflex disease or had gall bladder surgery a number of years before they were diagnosed with Graves Disease. I also had the GERD as they call it, then the gall bladder surgery? Is there a connection on on-going symptoms before GD is actually diagnosed?

For information, I had gallbladder disease at age 22 (very young! family history too), Graves at 46, and problems with GRD began about four months before Graves diagnosis. I consider myself healed of Graves now, and no problems with GRD in the past couple of months. Endo said GRD common with Graves.
