I would nix the exercise at this point due to the increased heart rate.
You could run a risk of damaging your heart seeing as your thyroid is
still not under control. Think most people here could tell you that.
I would, as I have stated in the past, follow the endo’s advice,
seeing as that is his/her specialty. Good luck.
