    What is meat by TX with ptu? ( I know what PTU is, but have no idea what TX is?) Sorry, I’m new to all of this,was just diagnosed on Friday.

    Tx is a medical abbreviation for treatment.
    Hx ” ” ” ” ” history.
    Px ” ” ” ” physical exam.
    Rx ” ” ” ” drug or prescription.

    Hope this helps–there are many others, but these are the main X’ers.
