What is the name of the Mayo Clinic Book, and how/where can I find it? Also what are some other good books you all might recommend to help me understand more about the Thyroid, I’d like to understand more about the Thyroid levels, TSH levels, tests for Thyroid etc., , and treatments.. along with a good discussion on treatments using PTU??
    Thank You.

I personally think that PTU or Tapazol work best with synthroid being added later. This has been the treatment of some others on this bb besides me. I personally like Tapazol better than PTU because one only needs to take it once or twice a day.

The Mayco Clinic has a book called the Mayo Clinic Family Health Book and it is in most books stores.

Interestingly I browsed this book and saw the person with Graves eye disease and said this is me, prior to my being diagnosed.
