We have had many people e-mail Admin and ask why their e-mails have not been answered.
The answer is that your server is either returning our mail, rejecting our mail or returning a statement that your account is not valid.
We cannot answer you if we cannot get an e-mail to you. If we send you and e-mail and your server rejects it the system will suspend your account.
Many suspensions have been for that reason. When we try to reply we are told the account does not exist. So we will not revalidate an account we cannot be sure exists.
Please check with your service provider or make sure you have not blocked the NGDF with your firewall. If you blocked our URL in your firewall it will send back a notice of no such account found.
