    My goodness, that is impressive! It certainly does describe the Graves’ Foundation–our entire purpose in the beginning. Now we have added to our purpose: Trying to find the cause and a cure, but we never will lose that sense of circling together, connecting our storiesto one another.

    This happens nowhere more than at the Conference.

    Thanks so much for sharing this ~Take care,

    I found this poem today in a little book I bought that has inspirational thoughts in it. I thought it summed up what this bulletin board means to many of us who have and are still struggling with Graves Disease. ewmb

    CONSTELLATIONS

    We find our way in the dark
    using light from the lives of others.
    Their sufferings and celebrations
    are like constellations in the midnight sky,
    orienting patterns above the horizon.
    Tracing their paths through the night,
    we connect our stories to one another;
    circling together, we turn toward morning.
