    Dianne and Ken were in town yesterday. We got together for dinner and spent three hours catching up on things and friends. It was great. Dianne was one of the first posters when I started this bulletin board over ten years ago. Man where did the time go.

    We caught up on the last conference that Jan and I did not make, and what will be going on for this conference. Both asked us to attend this year and we will think about it.

    Dianne and Ken looked great, we had some great laughs and had a fantastic meal at one of our favorite places. The last two hours we had the place to ourselves and Alfrado and his wife Linda joined us for a bit. They are the owners and are good friends of Jan and me.

    Nice to see them again after a few years and we got all up to date on each other’s lives and such. So you can see there is a life after Graves’. I have Graves’ disease and life is good.

    It was great Sue. Yes we do make life long friends on this site. Jan and I were even in the wedding of a poster here when they got married in Canada. So you see, we do find those who we can talk to about Graves’ who understand and it is always great to meet them in person. If you can try to make it to the conference this year.

    You will be amazed at the family feel and the friends you will make.

    Hi Jake, I am trying to contact Dianne Wiley to hear her experience with eyelid surgeries, specifically palatal grafts to lower lids. Can you assist me in contacting her, or contact her to tell her of my interest? Most appreciated if you can help.

    Great to hear that Dianne & Ken are doing well!

    Shirley – You might also try PM’ing Dianne directly…I think that her screen name was DianneW, and she was a facilitator, so her name would show up in green.
